COVID-19

We are excited to announce that our hospital will begin to reopen to clients June 1st! We can’t wait to see you and your pets back in the hospital. Please read on for details about our new hospital policies.

We will begin to allow one person in the exam room for in-person exams including puppy/kitten visits, annual, sick pet, and new client exams. Euthanasia appointments will continue to be in person with a limit of two people in the exam room. All technician appointments will remain drop off only. We encourage you to continue to drop off for any type of appointment if that is more convenient for you! Make sure to let us know what you prefer when you make your appointment.

Masks are recommended and appreciated, and we kindly ask you to social distance while interacting with our team. In the interest of social distancing, we may continue to ask you to wait outside or in your car to limit traffic in our lobby.

We will monitor and adjust our policy accordingly, but please remember that our priority is the health and safety of your pets and our staff. You have been wonderful throughout this pandemic. We respectfully ask you to be mindful that our staff is mentally and emotionally exhausted from the past two years, and we would prefer to spend our energy positively on caring for your pets, as opposed to debating this policy. Our goal is a return to normal as quickly as we can while keeping our team members safe and comfortable. We need time to do this and want to thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We will continue to send new information out to you as our policies change so that you can remain informed. Once again, thank you so much for your continued support and understanding!

Dr. Willkom and Dr. Vanden Heuvel, along with Rhonda, Emily, Sam, Jo, Jordan, Jessica, and Caitlyn.
